If you have a specific request contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. Technology is a great tool however, our more personal telephone service will never be replaced. Due to the distinct differences of our guest rooms it is highly recccomended that you book directly with us for the best experience.
Advance Reservations Suggested: We highly recommend that you make reservations for the spring, summer and fall seasons as soon as your travel plans are firm. These seasons, along with many off-season weekends and holiday periods, traditionally sell out in advance, but do not assume it is too late; we sometimes have last minute availability due to a cancellation. If we are not immediately able to accommodate your reservation it will be our pleasure to include your request on our Waiting List. Deposit, Payment and Cancellation Policy: A deposit equal to one nights stay per room is required when making a reservation. Cancellation Policy: For reservations between May 7, 2021 & October 23, 2021 or May 6, 2022 & October 22, 2022. If you cancel your reservation more than 7 days prior to noon before your arrival date your deposit will be refunded less $50.00 per room cancellation fee. Your balance is due on arrival. Any Non-cancellable reservations excluded. For reservations between October 24, 2021 and May, 5 2022. If you cancel your reservation more than 24 hours prior to noon before your arrival date your deposit will be fully refunded. Holiday periods and special events are 7 days.
Smoking and Pets: For the comfort, health and safety of all our guests smoking is not permitted in guest rooms, within all our buildings or on private decks. Outside smoking is permitted on the grounds and by the outdoor pool. We do not allow pets, therapy pets or emotional support pets of any kind on the property or in any building or you will be subjected to a $500.00 charge for cleaning. You also assume full responsibility to not allow any type of smoking in your room(s) during the length of my stay or will be subjected to a $350. charge for cleaning. Availability and Reservations: Make a reservation anytime. This reservation system cannot make exceptions to minimum stay requirements and other limitations. If you are unable to find the lodging of your choice we urge you to call us at 508.775.0357 between 7AM and 11PM.
Minimum Stay Requirements: We have a two night minimum stay requirement during spring, summer and fall weekends and during peak Summer periods. We have a three night minimum stay requirement during most holidays and special events. We are sometimes able to accommodate your request for a stay that does not meet these requirements. Our online reservation system cannot make exceptions to minimum stay requirements. If you are looking for a short term stay between reservations we urge you to call us at 508.775.0357.
Wait List: If we are unable to accommodate your reservation request it would be our pleasure to include your request on our Electronic Waiting List.
Check in and out: Check in time is after 3PM. Please let us now if you will be arriving after 11PM. Check out time is 11AM.
Housekeeping Service: Housekeeping is provided daily between 9AM and 3PM. Please let us know if you have any special requests.
Telephone Service: All rooms have at least one telephone with voice mail and a data port. Friends and family may reach you after office hours through our voice mail system if they have your room extension. You may provide this to them after your arrival.
Parking: Parking is provided for all registered guests at no additional charge. You must provide your automobile information upon check in. If you have this ready at check in it will expedite the process.
