Our 43 "Distinctive" guest rooms offer you Traditional, Deluxe or Executive accommodations. Many of our guest rooms feature unique views and design characteristics. To assist you in making your selection we have created a Photo Tour which will show you guest room locations, interiors as well as the "Classic Cape Cod views". Once you have made your selection, proceed to Reservations or speak with one of our reservation specialists who will listen carefully to your individual accommodation requirements and suggest a specific guest room or room type that will best suit your needs. All guest rooms have a TV, phone with a data port, voice mail, refrigerator, iron, ironing board and hair dryer. Some Traditional guest rooms do not have refrigerators
Our Complimentary Continental Breakfast is served each morning in our Sunroom and is often enjoyed by guests on their private decks or by our heated Harbor-side pool, whose expansive deck offers an amazing view of Hyannis Harbor with Island Ferries passing by.

Seven of our guest rooms bear the names of the seven villages of the Town of Barnstable. Like these seven villages, each one of these guest rooms offers Distinctive qualities and characteristics that make them appealing. Five guest rooms are Executive and two are Specialty guest rooms.
The Hyannis:
The "Homeport of Cape Cod" This expansive guest room frames the best of what it’s namesake has to offer; our bustling, scenic harbor. Watch as ferries, fishing vessels and pleasure yachts sail past a charming, working lighthouse bound for Nantucket Sound. Hyannis, Your "Homeport."
The Centerville:
Like the combination of a Four Seas ice cream after a day at Craigville Beach, the Centerville is the first floor twin of the Hyannis combining Main level access with everything the Hyannis has to offer.
The Barnstable Village:
Like the village of Barnstable that lies at the historical core of this sandy peninsula this guest room lies at the core of our history. Just above the Anchor In cornerstone, the Barnstable Village boasts a kitchen and an expansive deck overlooking the heated Harbor-side pool and the Harbor.
The Cotuit and The Osterville:
Like the mostly residential villages of Cotuit and Osterville, these two guest rooms are located farthest to the South, command exclusive views and it’s a tough choice for the better of the two. These matching guest rooms are the best inside and out with decks only 75 feet from the water. To some, the Osterville has the upper level advantage and to others the Cotuit on the lower level is cozier and more approachable.
Specialty Guest Rooms
Our one of a kind Specialty Guest Rooms are superior to Deluxe guest rooms due to their features and locations but do not rise to the level of our Executive guest rooms.
West Barnstable:
One of the Cape’s most revered residential communities. Like West Barnstable this guest room has retained most of its colonial charm and residential characteristics with great views. This guest room feels like a cozy bedroom in a great waterfront, shingled home.
