Deluxe Guest Rooms

Deluxe guest rooms have Queen beds, Double beds or a King bed. All Deluxe guest rooms have a deck with a Classic Cape Cod view of the harbor. Most Deluxe guest rooms have a view of the harbor from the room as well as from the deck. All guest rooms are close to our beautiful heated Harbor-side pool and deck area overlooking the harbor. To assist you in making your selection we have created a Photo Tour, which will show you guest room locations, interiors as well as the "Classic Cape Cod views".

Our Brand New Main Building Deluxe and Traditional Guest Rooms feature the same warm and relaxing beach tones you’ve come to expect in the East and West Wings. With Plush Bedding including Down Duvets, and Super Soft Pillows on your plush King Size or Two Double Beds, a great night’s sleep is assured. Deluxe guest rooms on the upper level fitted with three pane Sliding Glass Doors bring our Classic Cape Cod view into focus. No expense has been spared to insure that the cozy, tiled bath in each room exceeds your needs and expectations. 40” Flat Screen TV’s, DVD players, comfort bed-side and recessed lighting, all new American made furnishings including writing desks, lounge chair seating and mini-fridge counter areas round out the features you have come to expect.
